Our journey to PsyVitalitï
In 2003, two psychologists founded a private practice – their passion for helping others, expertise and growing demand led to the expansion of their first office to what is now several locations and a diversified team of licensed therapists in constant expansion.
We are happy to now offer therapy and coaching services in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec.
PsyVitalitï is a group of therapists – psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors and social workers – offering psychotherapy services in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec, using effective and scientifically validated approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Discover how we make a difference
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the therapeutic approach used by all of our therapists. CBT is one of the most effective and scientifically validated approaches currently being used in psychotherapy.
In addition to CBT, our therapists use other third wave approaches falling under the CBT umbrella such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
